Ableton: Copy Channel plus MIDI?

anyone know in ableton if you can copy everything in a channel column, INCLUDING the MIDI assignments?

it appears you simply right click and select duplicate for the channel and it copies clips, effects settings, etc. but it does NOT bring over the MIDI assignments. i have something like 50-60 assignments that i don't want to walk through for every single one again....

wouldn't that create a conflict in what the midi parameters are attached to? Having a carbon copy that is. ::shrug::

no, it would mean that the same knob would control two things at once. IE, one volume knob can control volume for two or more channels, same send knob controls send of two or more channels, and so forth.

have you tried duplicate instead of copy/paste?
