My issue: when I click warp button and add a marker, I hear artifacts throughout the track. Mostly on the low end, especially when the music is busy (lots of hi's, mids and rolling lows) I almost want to call it a skip, only because the artifacts occur at a regular rate.
When I remove the marker, the artifacts remain.
Only when I turn off warping does the track sound right. When I re-enable warping, the artifacts return, even if I do not add a marker.
What I have tried: clicking the Hi-Q button before warping.
changing the buffer size in Live > Preferences (slide it down until I hear clicks, slide it up until there are none... I hear clicks at 14, no clicks at 29. factory setting was 512)
double checking to make sure that my sample is at 44.1k, 16bit.
changing sample rate to 96k
all to no avail :(
Is this a problem anyone here has experienced?
Thanks :tinfoil3:
