Its a software program like serato that can run off timecoded vinyl just the same. What i can't figure out is how cause it doesn't seem to have the usb in/out box like serato or FS? Anyone know about this program?

i've seen several programs that just have everything on the screen no vinyl or anything, i've never tried to use one though.

was curious cause i found it on a torrnet site i use. I found out it works same as serato, even uses the serato records except u gotta buy a usb soundcard same as the serato soundcard. So from what i've gathered its not bad, since the soundcard is 200 and i got the software free, all i need is serato recs. i dunno i may just go for serato but this seems close enough for less scratch

actually, u can use the serato box as your soundcard and the program works just great. It def has some kewl features that serato does not have ...just a matter of preference

Yeah they sell a serato type soundcard box on the site for 200, so its cheaper than getting serato fi sure

Virtual DJ is a lower-quality product than Traktor, Torq or Serato. I've got Traktor and Torq... Torq doesn't work well on my laptop (conflict issues), but Traktor is a champ.

Virtual DJ is like the playskool version of actual DJ software
