What would you want it to be? and on the flipside what would be an absolute nightmare to have to watch for the rest of your life?
It's about time to pollute this virgin space with lame survey type threads ;)
I'm going to go with Wonder Years as what i'd want to watch.
and probably have to go with Everyone Loves Raymond as the nightmare.

Hard to say... I think Family Guy is holding a record for me for most repeated and still enjoyable though.

Family Guy for sure
The nightmare would be M.A.S.H. -- every time I hear the theme song I cringe & immediately change the channel

my nightmare show is tough... there's soo many bad ones out there. Imma say every show that has evar been on the WB. *shudders*

that should be pretty easy since there's like 27 different ones now, right?

Always Sunny in Philadelphia would be my choice. Or The Wire. I have no problem watching the same episodes of that show.
I'd start eating my own body parts if I had to watch Dharma and Greg forever. Or Cybil. Or Blossom. Fuck there are a lot of horrible horrible tv shows.

Saved by the Bell could be tolerable as a long run too. plus Kapowski and Lisa are totally fapworthy.

I understand. I <3 me some star trek, but I had a roommate who had it BAD for Cap'n Janeway. If I see ST: Voyager on a TV, it takes every ounce of self-control for me not to throw something heavy at the screen.

Simpsons. More specifically, I bet I could survive on the first ten seasons. I still laugh my ass off when I watch the episodes when Conan used to write for them.
My nightmare would be anything that's currently shown on MTV or VH1 - reality shows especially. I feel like facepalming my forehead on through to the back of my skull every time I'm forced to watch more than five minutes of one of those stupid fucking _____ of love shows.
~!MjC!~

south park.

Forever: Futurama. Maybe south park.
Nightmare: Friends, any reality show. 90210, The Hills, etc. Coincidentally my roommate watches all of these all the time. :mad2:
I could do Futurama, NCIS, or Northern Exposure forever. Or Anthony Bourdain until he runs out of cool places.
I'd commit seppuku if I had to sit through Family Guy or Seinfeld.

yeah dude, a mans gotta take a fucking stand. mine are pretty much opposite of hers.
if i had to watch that sex/city show for more than about 5 minutes i get so fucking angry that the world actually produces harpees like those twat cunt sack fucking bitches that i want to puke.
oh, and its NOT funny, either. not even one fucking "joke". and none of them are hot. the only use of that show would be to see some decent titties bouncing each episode - and it never happened the few brief moments i suffered through.

South Park or Always Sunny. I'd probably go with South Park just because of more episodes, but if new episodes would be aired indefinitely, then it would be tough.
I would hate to watch just about anything on Lifetime, or any MTV reality show with the exception of Rob Dyrdek.

Um, I guess I'd probably watch Bizarre Foods, or Futurama. Three sheets is also in the running. Gotta love a show about a guy who goes around the world and gets to drink for a living.
As for the nightmare...some people are probably gonna hate me, but I'm gonna say Heroes. I just can't get into it.

I can't pick 1 TV show, but the station I'd be happy with is History Channel.
If my TV got stuck on the networks (2, 4, 7, 9, 31, 20) I wouldn't watch at all.

Thank you, I thought I was the only one who thinks so. It annoys me to no end that in EVERY episode without fail, he will pick up a bottle of whatever he's drinking and say in a cheesy fucking voice, "That's good [insert name of alcohol here]!" And then he poses like he's fucking Vana White or something, and the stupid sound effects go off.
Drives. Me. CRAZY. :frusty:
He was really shit faced in the moscow episode, though. He got his new Russian friends to drunk dial his mom at 4 in the morning.

If this means that I can only watch what is available on video/dvd then I would way the Simpsons.
It this means that if their were only 1 TV show and continued to make new episodes, I would want it to be the Colbert Report.
on the flip side, I would kill myself if I were forced to watch Golden Girls.
