I thought Steve Dash was really the driving force behind Phazon? Maybe not.

Anyhow, those stacks in the pics are from the original "Shelter" and not sure whom designed them. Twilo had the coveted Phazon sound system. . . . . .

<O:p</O:pPhazon touted the "best speakers in the world" tag for quite some time and were set up in very limited venues like Twilo (due to price). Tried my damndest to get out there before it closed so as to experience it, but never made it. Did make it to a Tyrant night in London and a Spundae Night at 1015 folsom before those stopped though. Fabric's sound system was :awesome:

A great deal of those involved with Function 1 came off the heels of those that created "Turbosound" WAY back in the day.
