Now that we've had our moment to be hum-drum about the sadness of this occasion, it's time to look on the brighter side of things. So, with that in mind, here's my top 10 best things about our current multi-board situation.
10. UN shirts now considered vintage
9. New and innovative logos!!
8. Dave has two <~~~threads he can post in
7. Several people no longer blocked from a messageboard at work
6. Cybr can be irrelevant anywhere he pleases
5. Skimming similar threads will now be a necessity rather than an art
4. Kaycee's going to give me a kegerator
3. Bumping events threads is back in vogue, at least on one board
2. CO dub// CO dnb threads can now be potentially posted in three places instead of just two
1. Dispute gets automatically redirected to sidewaysfive

lol
since apparently many folks still think this is the crux and not the straw
i'll just say it must be nice for folks to now have a very simple way to just ignore everything we say... that was what EVERYBODY wanted anyway, right?

Events are stickied on this site too Craig. If you include the date in your title, your event will be stickied the Sunday prior to your event. The only difference is that threads are not created and automatically stickied through the events calender. If you are just looking at the events forum, on either site, it is virtually identical.
I did  at the dispute bit though...

how about we establish some cross posting guidelines? and maybe an RSS feed of each sites' "mirror thread's" comments......
you know for those that aren't up to clicking through both?

I still think it'd be hilarious if both sites ran off the same database
Would solve everbody's problems, hell codnb/dub could have their own site too!! ALL PROBLEMS SOLVED

Not at all, Buddy. I love dubstep. I tolerate dnb. It was just annoying as shit going through basically identical threads all-day, everyday, just to see the same people post the same thing in both threads.
If there's one thing you really need to glean from that whole bit, it is this: It wasn't the content, it was the format in which it was presented.
Now, if I see double-posting here, with one thread in co-dub//co-dnb and the other in co-edm//general discussion, I'll freely bitch about it once again. As will many others, I would wager.
I know you go to dubstep shows, as do I. I also go to house, techno, dnb, etc. Of all the shows, dubstep is currently pulling the most heads, other than the mainstream hipster edm stuff you'll see in the clubs. So, please, the "Woe is me, no one likes us" attitude in regards to this is not only played out, it's also completely false.
If you think that's a complete load of bollocks, take two tickets to your next big dubstep show and hold them back. Wait until the day of, after the show has started, and walk outside. Hold those two tickets in the air and see how much money you can get for them. I can almost guarantee you're going to get surrounded by people wanting to pay more than double those tickets' presale cost.
Dubstep is now big here. You've won big, in that respect. So, please, just drop the whole "everyone wants to ignore us" nonsense. All of us have come to accept and enjoy dubstep's success. Maybe it's time you do the same.

Fair critique. I'm an over-analyzer to the extreme...and I never safety wink, even when applicable.
If you don't mind, I'm going to go back to ignoring you now.
