I've got it set up so when I post on my FB it updates twitter and FB also. It's a bit redundant but I've got different people on different networks.

As for the p-tot, let me know when you find the feed :pray2:

and yes, there are *tons* of applications that will update multiple platforms all at once. if it's just FB & twitter though, there are actually a few built into FB so you just update twitter/twitpic and it'll forward it to FB...
