edit window?

so i've noticed that the 'edit' option has vanished from some of my first posts. is there a set time limit in which we're allowed to edit our posts, and if so, what is it?

I'm just glad we have an edit button. Been on some forums without it and man does it suck

must be bugged... the "Save Changes" button now reads "Vote Now" :lol:
