Thoughts and prayers for Fred

So I just got done talking with Brie, and found out that Fred (Funky Fresh) was in a bad motorcycle accident last night and is in the ICU. She doesn't know what happened, and he doesn't remember anything so we don't know any details. He seems like he's going to be ok, had to have surgery on some torn tendons in his foot, is concussed, and covered in bruises/scrapes. Fred is one of the most amazing, wonderful people within our scene so if you guys can fill this thread with happy thoughts and love towards a speedy recovery for him, I'm sure they'd appreciate it.

Yeah, when I spoke with Brie earlier she said the had to do reconstructive surgery on his foot as he severly damaged a lot of the tendons. I saw a few of the photos of him in ICU, his face is pretty badly bruised and scabbed up. :( He doesn't look good at all.

Day one...he is super hopped up on morphine. One nurse came in looking for tools and fred goes, " I got a jackhammer right here.". I am so very thankful that his brain and sense of humor are still in tact. It is a miracle really , especially since he didn't have a helmet on :( thank u for the Velcro City Bear to all the VCR crew. We both got teary eyed ....more to come later. Thank u EVERYONE!

Sorry I haven't updated, so here we go...

Still not sure what even happened. Was out on Sun (10/18) night doing deliveries. Next thing I know, I wake up in the hospital in a lot of fkn pain. I have stitches, scabs & beef jerky covering about 60% of my body. I have an appt today at CSPD to got most of my belongings back. They're holding my back pack with about 6oz of medical supply as "evidence". I will be bringing all my medical records with, including the paperwork for the 16 people I caregive for.

I have a crevice, that runs across my scalp, currently stapled up. I look pretty scary to be honest. But, I'm alive! God still has a purpose for me, even if I'm not exactly sure what it is. Scariest part of the hospital visit was prob Weds night when I was convinced I had been kidnapped by the Kasdasian sisters and held in a museum. Brie's mom didn't believe me when I called her & said she had to get me out of this 3rd country, doctors' training ground of an apartment.

I'm home now recovering. Getting A LOT of support & help for BASSphrodisiac, so obviously, that's going on full force. Need my meds! Nature's answer is so much better than these stupid oxycotins.
