Phantom Thread Ratings?

I just realized that somehow I'm rating threads without actually ever rating them. Noticed this when looking at Bones Ravecore Bike thread and it was rated 3 stars and said that 'you have already rated this thread'. Which I did not knowingly do. I think it may be happening when I view threads from my phone, but not entirely sure.

Any insight?

Or any way for me to be able to 'unrate' threads?

Yeah, same thing happened on that same thread to me. I'm pretty sure it was because I was reading it from my phone

It must not be from the phone though, because I'm pretty sure I haven't viewed this thread from my phone.
