Known for his dramatic and uplifting style of music in production and play, he is one amongst a very few DJs from India to exhibit and establish skills in the field of electronic music. Amrith hails from Chennai (India), the southern metropolitan city quite simply considered the music Mecca of the country.
He is no stranger to the local scene; in over 8 years of experience in the pro-audio field, Amrith has molded himself into a producer, audio engineer, lyricist and a DJ through professional work and academics; steadily crafting himself into all the core aspects of audio & technology. Amrith currently holds the residency at 'Blend', Chennai's most influential and esteemed lounge bar thats at the fore front of promoting cutting edge electronic music. Today he spends most of his time away form DJing by producing music.
His debut EP 'Equilibrium' released by Velcro City Records, USA is an electrifying combination of Progressive and Minimal sounds. Both tracks, with their catchy melodies, fat sounding basslines and uptempo vibes are set to get the dance floor going instantly.
