We're looking in to doing the Ill Methodology Workshop when Mr Illiam B. Gates makes his way to Denver next month. I thought I'd try to gauge interest. From what i hear its a pretty solid workshop and the guys who did it in LA have nothing but great things to say about it.

heres some more info... (taken from the LA workshop's facebook)

I would come, but unfortunately I'm leaving for thanksgiving on wednesday morning, so unless it could happen before then... I won't be able to make it.

tight. I'd definitely down for tuesday, got two or three friends who'd probably be interested too.

i may be interested in this but more likely if it went longer than 2 hours. or is the "extensive question period" after the 2 hour workshop?

I'm always down for some learnin', but that seems a little spendy for a two hour workshop

I didn't see that there were dollars involved. Would be cool to check out someone else's ideas, but that's a little rich for my blood at this time. I would think this would be some great info for someone just getting into Ableton & general production.

My thoughts exactly. There's always something to learn from someone else's production experience, but that's just a bit pricey for me

Yeah, there's still a lot I could learn for free from the people on this board, but I won't rule this out completely. I couldn't make a Tuesday but Wednesday evening is do-able for me.
I don't have a laptop, would I need to partner up with someone that does or is this more instructional and less hands-on?
