Loving the new 9, runs super smooth with windows 7 and most plugins.

I could not get Karma FX to run sound effects which I really like, maybe I can find something else to replace it that works with win7.

Anyone know of a nice effects plugin that I may not know about please list.

We don't use VSTs here (http://www.sidewaysfive.net/forums/showthread.php?t=226).
BTW, try that FL-SynthMaker that's included; you have much more flexibility to build synths & effects than Karma could ever give you. Bring mountain climbing gear though; learning curve is a bit steep.

I had heard waves didn't work with FL so i never really bothered with it, also the last time I looked at pricing for this software was way outa my league lol. I'll look into Sonitus. I'm still finding my nitch with all this.

It works just fine. If yo've got a version older than 4.0, you'll have to turn off the FX Multithreading, but I've used them together for 5 years or more.

All of the effects in this track are either Sonitus or Waves. It was mastered using Waves as well.

Slyneth1, FL Studio 3xOSC, FL Studios Sampler (with a square wave as the sample being manipulated)

...some additional effects used were Antaire Filter, Quad Fromage, MDA Bandisto, FL Studio Stereo Enhancer.

Would like to try waves out if I could ever get my hands on it, heard great things about it from several resources.

3xOSC is nice, sytrus seems to be a pretty powerful tool as well, made some nice sounding tones with it.

I don't know, I was told by Keith that they were both my mix of the track, so that's pretty cool.
