I've got one and I love it. It's a great little interface for the money. The only complaint I've got is that it's somewhat of a power hog. If you plan on using it for live performance, you're going to want to use the power adapter as opposed to powering it by bus

I also have one and love it. Haven't run into the power issue personally, but I have almost exclusively run it off the adapter anyway.

got one, love it. dont get it if you're using a pc notebook tho. mini firewire on my old toshiba was a world of frustration, but w the macbook its been solid for almost 3 years now, no issues.

If you're going to be using a laptop that does not have firewire built in DO NOT BUY it. FireBox has serious issues with FireWire express cards. After two years of problem after problem with my Firebox it finally just died on me a few weeks ago.
The Firebox is well known for its dropouts, clicks & pops too.
I suggest taking a look at this thread and browsing the the rest of the sub forum: http://forums.presonus.com/showthread.php?t=2921
Also their support team sucks.

I used to have clicks and pops issues. Then I found out that clicks and pops are symptoms of word clock and bit rates not being properly synced on the converters.
Good luck on the zero latency. I only get that with external hardware monitoring.
